Private Figures (or Routine extra time)
This new feature gives all club members the opportunity to practice some more time on top of the times allotted by the club. You can book 30, 45 or 1 hr slots to work with a coach on an individual basis.
You have many options to choose from:
Practice with Head Coach
Practice with Comp Dev coaches
Practice with Intro to comp coaches
Also choice of location (all pools we swim out of)
Option to book a Lane for the practice

Before booking please confirm with coach & headcoach availability by sending a message to headcoach@excelsynchroclub.com & (name of the coach)@excelsynchroclub.com requesting a session. Please let us know your request in advance:

You will get a confirmation from the Head Coach if the time was approved.
Once it is approved, pre- pay directly on the website and show the receipt to your coach.
Choices within excel pool time:
will take up to 48 hrs to approve.
Choices out of Excel swim times:
will take up to 1 week to approve, given that club insurance covers the location & time-slot. There is a higher possibility that these are not approved. The parents are responsible for the extra cost - lane cost or wristband cost
